Is there anything these Russian billionaires won’t splash their cash on?

One unnamed oil tycoon paid more than £500,000 for this vaping stick, to encourage his girlfriend to quit cigarettes.
The device – similar to an e-cigarette – is covered in diamonds and features a £46,000 sparkler on the end.
It also has 46 yellow Swarovski crystals encrusted on its hand-blown glass frame and a 24-carat gold button.
The boyfriend will have to hope his beloved doesn’t get it confused with her regular smokes, and chucks it away when she’s done.
‘This was a dream brief for us,’ said Anthony Mixides from makers Shisha Sticks.
‘We were told that, within reason, money was no object on the project.’
He added:  ‘Once the design was approved we set about sourcing the finest diamonds, yellow crystals, glass and gold available.

‘It took over four months to design, but this is without doubt the finest shisha stick ever produced.’
